Edible Art - ARUP Penguin Pool

2am: experience was commissioned to design 4 edible art pieces for one of Arup penguin pool events.

These edible art pieces were designed to engage the guests with the food. The art pieces themselves are evolving over time and still remains as art.

Some of the works include a 3.6m wide x 2.4m high shades of white wall with edibles such as chocolate, marshmallow, meringues, ginger and celeraic powder, tapioca paper.
