Edible Art - Perfection In Imperfection Book Launch
This event was the launch of Chef Janice's cook book Perfection in Imperfection.
It was designed by chef to allow 400 guests at a studio space in Jalan Kilang to experience her book with edible art. It includes marshmallow ceilings where guests needs to climb up a stool to pluck the bergamot seaweed flavored marshmallows from the ceiling.
There were also lychee gummy panels and a 2.4m tall isomalt coral wall.
