Edible Art - Food Revolution
2am: experience was commissioned in May 2012 to design 10 edible art pieces for Food revolution 2012 held at suntec city.
The event space dedicated to edible art was called the future space.
Edible art pieces designed to allow guests to eat and interact with the art includes a bread waves chandelier where fresh brioche bread pieces were served in between the waves, Dezaan chocolate eggs filled with Dezaan chocolate, chocolate tree painting on a wall with masks hanging.
The favorite pieces includes Abk6 Cognac shots wall where guests and chefs were separated by a black wall with holes allowing the chefs to puncture these shots into the holes for the guests to pluck and suck the jelly shots. Such fun!
